A landmark collaboration for international skills development
The College of International Skills Development (CISD) has formally entered into a strategic collaboration with the Vocational Education Wing, Ministry of Higher Education, Uzbekistan. Represented by Ms. Sidra Nadeem, Director Overseas Projects, the partnership marks a significant step toward strengthening vocational and technical education cooperation between Pakistan and Uzbekistan.
Through this initiative, both institutions aim to develop a more structured and future-ready workforce by strengthening skill-based education ecosystems, improving international training standards, and encouraging sustainable cross-border cooperation.
This is a forward-looking commitment to educational transformation, capacity building, international mobility, and vocational excellence.

CISD’s vocational training centre is designed to raise technical and professional education standards in the region. Established in collaboration with Istituto Fondazione Doria, Italy, the centre brings European-quality training, modern facilities, and competency-based programs to Pakistan.

International Healthcare Education Pathways in Malta
Structured progression routes from certificate and diploma study to bachelor’s and master’s-level healthcare education.
Certificate and Diploma Programs
Elderly Care, Foundation Nursing, and Diploma in Health Science. Entry routes may include Matric, O Levels, Inter, or A Levels. Typical duration: 8–12 months full-time or 12–15 months part-time.
Higher Diploma in Health Science
Designed for students with Inter or A Levels in science subjects. Typical duration: 12 months full-time or 24 months part-time.
Bachelor’s Nursing Programs
BSc Nursing and BSc Hons Nursing pathways. Entry may include A Levels, a Level IV diploma, or relevant healthcare experience through prior recognition of learning.
Master’s Programs
Pathways may include Elderly Care Management and Healthcare Management & Leadership. Applicants typically require a Level VI qualification or related Level IV study with professional experience.
IELTS 6.0 or an equivalent qualification may be required. OET may apply to specific nursing routes. Final entry requirements, duration, and recognition should be confirmed before enrollment.
GEMS City & Guilds Accredited Programme Certification 2025–26
National Excellence Institute, American Lycetuff School System DNK PWD Branch, and Sabzazar Branch are approved to deliver selected GEMS City & Guilds accredited programs, reflecting a commitment to international standards, skills development, and quality assurance.
